There are many roles that have to be taken when filming in a studio with an audience. like the floor manager who wears a headset to connect with each cameraman and host explaining which camera to shoot from next (angles and stuff) and also connects with the people behind the scenes like the sound mixer or cues for audience applause and such. Each camera person is told to focus on various angles, a script manager rights out cues or a whole script for thed cast/host.
